为了让新生家长更加了解外国语学院，实现家长与学院更好沟通。8月30日，437必赢会员中心在文科楼522举行2018级新生家长见面会。437必赢会员中心党政领导、各系部主任、新生班主任、学工人员、教学管理人员以及部分2018级新生家长参加了本次见面会。
本次见面会由学院团委书记陈慧义主持，他首先向各位到场的家长们表示欢迎和感谢，并介绍了到场领导以及2018级各班班主任与辅导员。随后，437必赢会员中心院长郑众向各位学生家长介绍了学校以及学院的基本情况，重点介绍了学校与山东省科学院合并以后的发展以及与工商银行山东省分行、哈德斯菲尔德大学合作的情况。紧接着，各系部负责人逐个详细介绍了各个专业的基本情况与发展前景。在随后的家长咨询环节，现场领导、老师对家长们提出的问题做了细致的解答，得到了家长们的一致好评，家长还积极配合学院完成了家长问卷调查活动。最后，学院党总支书记陈国兴进行了总结性发言，提出希望家长能对新生进行适当的交流与正确的引导，让新生学会独立并树立正确的学习观、就业观、人生观与价值观，努力将学生培养成德才兼备的优秀人才。
此次新生家长见面不仅帮助了家长们如何引导新生快速适应新环境，还拉近了学院与家长们之间的距离，增强了双方之间的信任，更宣传了我院的办学特色和办学理念。
School of Foreign Languages Holds a 2018 Freshmen's Parents Meeting
In order to let the freshmen's parents know more about the foreign language school, and help parents and the college communicate better. On August 30th, the School of Foreign Languages held a 2018 freshmen's parents meeting in Liberal Arts Building, Room 522. The leaders of the School of Foreign Languages, the heads of various departments, the freshmen's class tutors, the teaching and working staff, the teaching management personnel, and some parents of 2018 students attended the meeting.
The meeting was hosted by Chen Huiyi, secretary of the Youth League Committee. He expressed his welcome and gratitude to the parents who attended the meeting, and introduced the leaders and the class teachers and counselors of the 2018 class. Subsequently, Zheng Zhong, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, introduced the basic situation of the school and the college to the parents of the students, focusing on the development of the school after the merger with the Shandong Academy of Sciences and the cooperation with the Shandong Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the University of Huddersfield. Then, the heads of departments and departments introduced the basic situation and development prospects of each major in detail. Then in the parent consultation session, leaders and teachers gave me detailed answers to the questions raised by the parents, which were well received by the parents. The parents also actively completed the parent questionnaire survey. Finally, Chen Guoxing, the party branch secretary of the college, made a concluding speech, hoping that parents can properly communicate and guide the new students, so that the new students can learn to be independent and establish a correct view of life, employment, life values, and strive to help the students to develop talents with both ability and moral integrity.
This meeting helped parents to guide the freshmen to adapt to the new environment quickly, but also brought the distance between the college and the parents closer, enhanced the trust between the two sides, and promoted the school's school-running characteristics and school-running philosophy.
