为有效预防疾病的发生，广泛提高我院大一新生健康教育意识，倡导科学、健康生活方式。8月31日，437必赢会员中心在一楼图书报告厅，举办了以“健康教育第一课”为主题的讲座。本次讲座由校医院茹丽先老师主讲，18级全体新生参加。
讲座上，茹老师从肺结核、艾滋病、心肺复苏术以及大学生参医保四大方面问题进行了详细的阐述。通过典型案例，让同学们了解疾病的主要特征、传播途径、治愈效果等；她也通过详细讲解，告知各个情况下所应要采取的措施。为了让同学们有更好的观摩效果，茹老师亲自在人体模型上为同学们讲解了心肺复苏术的重要环节及步骤。紧接着，她向同学们介绍了参保的重要性、必要性以及便捷性。最后，她告诫同学们要加强平时的身体锻炼，提高身体素质，养成良好的生活作息习惯，过一个平安、充实的大学生活。讲座中，茹老师的风趣幽默，让晦涩难懂的健康知识变得浅显易懂，同学们认真聆听，现场气氛活泼、愉悦。
此次讲座不仅增长了同学们的身心健康知识，更让大家认识到身体健康的重要性，用积极的姿态投入新学期的学习生活之中，从而为进入新学期的更好发展奠定坚实的基础。
The School of Foreign Languages Holds the Lecture of The First Class of Health Education
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of diseases, widely raise the awareness of health education of freshmen in our school, and advocate the scientific and healthy lifestyle, on August 31st, the school of foreign languages held a lecture which themed The First Class of Health Education on the first floor of the report hall in the library. This lecture was delivered by Ru Lixian from school infirmary, and all freshmen of 2018 attended.
In the lecture, Mrs Ru elaborated the four major problems of tuberculosis, AIDS, CPR and medical insurance for college students. According to show typical cases, she let students know the main features of the diseases, transmission ways, curative effect, etc. She also gave detailed instructions on what to do in each situation.
In order to let the students have a better observation effect, Mrs Ru explained the important links and steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the mannequin. Next, she introduced the importance, necessity and convenience of participating in the insurance program. Finally, she admonished the students to strengthen the usual physical exercise, improve the physical quality, develop good daily routines andlead a safe and fulfilling university life. In the lecture, Mrs Ru's wit and humor made the obscure health knowledge easy to understand. The students listened carefully and the scene atmosphere was lively an--d pleasant.
This lecture not only increased the students' knowledge of physical and mental health, but also made them realize the importance of physical health，and put themselves into the study and life of the new semester with a positive attitude, thus laying a solid foundation for the better development of the new semester.
