近日，BWIN必赢官网（山东省科学院）党委委员、副校长（副院长）周有波于艺体中心，以《加强道德修养强化意志锤炼——控制 心态 自信 感恩》为题目，给学校2018年第二期党员发展对象培训班的学员上了一堂生动而意义深刻的党课，为同学们详细讲解了一名合格的共产党员应具备的修养与意志。党委组织部部长郭建国和437必赢会员中心党总支书记陈国兴主持。
党课上，周校长提出，希望同学们积极历练敢于担当、不懈奋斗的精神，具有坚定的爱国主义情怀、乐观向上的人生态度，做到刚健有为、自强不息，并要求党员发展对象从四个方面提升自我。
一是要学会控制。要学习儒家思想的内外兼修与“慎独”，结合近期党组织的反腐倡廉建设工作，周校长要求学员们时刻以入党发展对象的身份提醒自己，“做一个守法的好人，不做两面人”。同时要“静坐常思己过”，在反思中不断提高自我。二是要调整心态。以宽广的胸怀培养宁静的性情，不妄自菲薄，在得失之间不计较。要以好的心态，愉快面对学习与工作。三是要保持自信。周校长以战争年代粟裕将军的丰功伟绩，教导同学们走自己的路，以经年累月、持之以恒的勤奋，走出理想、毅力和信心。四是要懂得感恩。要“入则孝，出则悌”、“泛爱众而亲仁”，另外还应具有无人提醒的自觉、以约束为前提的自由和替别人着想的善良，成为德才兼备的人才。最后，周校长勉励在座的同学，敢于与自我较量，战胜自己，超越自己，以“新我”代替“旧我”，真正实现自我突破。

Vice President (Deputy Dean) Zhou Youbo Gave a Lecture to Applicants for CPC Membership
Recently, on the theme of “Improve the Moral Cultivation, Strengthen the Will Power—Self-Control, Mentality, Confidence and Gratitude”, Zhou Youbo, the member of the Party committee, Vice President (Deputy Dean) of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) gave a vivid and meaningful lecture to applicants for CPC Membership in the 2nd training course of this year at the Center of Arts and Sports. After President Zhou’s detailed explanation, students who joined in this lecture knew clearly the moral cultivation and strong will they should possess to become a qualified member of the CPC. Guo Jianguo, Minister of the Party Committee Organization Department, and Chen Guoxing, Party Secretary of the School of Foreign Languages, presided over the Party lecture.
During this Party lecture, President Zhou proposed that the students should actively pursue the spirit of courage and unremitting struggle, have a firm patriotism and an optimistic attitude towards life, be energetic and promising, self-reliant and self-motivated. Therefore, he made demands on the participants to improve themselves from four aspects.
The first one is to learn self-control. Learn the internal and external cultivation and “cautiousness” of Confucianism. Combining with the recent anti-corruption work of the Party, President Zhou asked the students to remind themselves of the identity of the applicant for CPC membership at all times. “Be a good law-abiding person, not a double-faced person. At the same time, they must “sit and always introspect” to constantly improve themselves by reflection. The second is to adjust the mentality. Cultivate a peaceful temperament with a broad mind. Never underestimate themselves and regardless of gains and losses. Learn and work joyfully with a good mentality. The third is to be confident. Taking the great achievements of General Su Yu in the war years as an example, President Zhou told the students to take their own path with ideals, perseverance and confidence by their years of diligence. The fourth is to know how to be grateful. It is necessary to “be filial at home, and respect the elders when abroad”, to “love the masses and close to the benevolent”. In addition, conscious, freedom based on restraint and consideration for others are also requisite to become talents with both ability and political integrity. Finally, President Zhou encouraged the participants to dare to compete with themselves, overcome and surpass themselves, and to replace “old me” with “new me” to truly achieve self-breakthrough.
Chen Guoxing, Party Secretary of the School of Foreign Languages, mentioned in his summary that the lecture from President Zhou is vivid in language, rich in examples, metaphorical in image and profound in meaning. Participants are expected to learn and understand this lecture carefully, and improve the patriotism, morality and Party spirit of their own.
