为了提高学生干部的管理能力,进一步发挥学生干部的带头作用。2月24日,我院于图书馆一楼报告厅举办学生干部培训大会。院党委副书记齐艳,辅导员老师和全体学生干部参加。
本次培训分别围绕学生干部的坚持能力、预警能力、执行能力、学习能力等几个方面展开说明。首先,团委书记陈慧义就“坚持力”发表讲话,强调了时间上的坚持以及坚持工作与坚持思考重要性,从身体健康与人与人之间的相互信任两方面提出“不要透支”的观点并以“坚持力”的积极效果作总结。接着,辅导员刘芳指出了网络安全预警、人身安全预警与宿舍安全预警的重要意义,希望通过提高学生干部的防范意识、责任意识与预警能力,将危机事件防范于未然。随后,党委副书记齐艳就如何提升学习能力进行了阐述,她从时代需求、工作要求、自身需要三个原因进行了分析,希望同学们要具备学习动力、学习毅力与学习能力,打造学习型人才与学习型组织,她还详细介绍了学会自我超越、改善心智模式、建立共同愿景、学会团队学习、学会系统思考的五项原则。最后,辅导员宋歌以“执行力”为出发点,结合部分学生干部中出现的消极现象,要求学生干部通过事前沟通、事中规划、事后反馈三步,提高任务执行力。
此次会议中,各位老师立足实际,为学生干部提出了更高的标准,有利于学生干部执行与工作能力的提高,有助于我院良好风气的形成,从而带动全体学生共同进步。
The School of Foreign Languages holds student leaders’ training conference
In order to improve the management ability and give further play to the leading role of student leaders, our school held a student leaders’ training conference in the lecture hall on the first floor of the library on February 24th, Qi Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, school counselors and all student leaders attended.
This training focuses on the persistence ability, early warning ability, executive ability and learning ability of student leaders .First of all, Chen Huiyi, Secretary of the Youth League in our school, made a speech on persistence, stressing the importance of adhering to time and adhering to work and thinking. He put forward the idea of don't overdraw of physical health and mutual trust between people and summarized the positive effect of persistence. Then, counselor Liu Fang pointed out the importance of network security early warning, personal security early warning and dormitory security early warning, hoping to prevent crisis events by improving student leaders’ awareness of prevention, sense of responsibility and early warning ability. Then, Qi Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, elaborated on how to improve the learning ability. She analyzed from three aspects including: age requirements, job requirements, our own needs , hoping that students would have the motivation to learn, the perseverance to learn and the ability to learn . Thus we can build the study-oriented personnel and learning organization, She also elaborated on the five principles of learning to transcend oneself, improving mental models, establishing a common vision, learning to learn in a team, and learning to think systematically. Finally, the counselor Song Ge started her speech with executive ability, combined with the negative phenomenon among some student leaders, she also required the student leaders to improve the task execution ability through three steps: pre-communication, in-process planning and post-feedback.
In this meeting, all teachers put forward higher standards for student leaders based on the reality, which is conducive to the improvement of student leaders’ executive ability and working ability, and is conducive to the formation of a good atmosphere in our school, thus driving the common progress of all students.
