为贯彻落实学校“1236攀登计划”，帮助毕业生明析当前就业形势，把握好就业机会。3月23日，我院于二教阶梯302召开了2019届毕业生就业动员大会。院英语系专业教师杨明、团委书记陈慧义以及2015级全体学生参加。

   首先，杨明对临近毕业的同学们进行现场指导，他围绕“5个word”，即实习就业、毕业实习报告、实习日志、毕业实习签字表、分数实习申请表的使用情况和使用时间进行了详细的介绍与说明，向同学们发放了分散实习三方协议，并且强调了毕业论文的格式，以及注册完善校友邦软件就业实习跟踪的个人信息的重要性。紧接着，陈慧义为大家现场讲解了山东省高校毕业生就业信息网的使用过程和所需注意事项，详细说明了毕业离校前需要办理的手续、提交的资料等，对毕业生的网上签约提出了建议。陈慧义还强调了重修课、选修课、学分转换等注意事项并要求及时上交毕业论文，希望大家关注并积极参加此次学校举办的大型招聘会。最后，陈慧义指出同学们在离校之际一定要注意宿舍卫生，注意安全，远离传销，并提醒了毕业生回校办理相关手续的时间步骤，强调了保存好学位证和毕业证的重要性。

First, Yang Ming gave on-site guidance to the students, who are about to graduate, he gave a detailed introduction and explanation on the usage and usage time of the five word documents, namely, practice employment and graduation internship report, intern log , graduation practice signature form and score internship application form.He distributed a tripartite agreement on decentralized internship to students, and emphasized the format of the graduation thesis and the importance of registering and improving the personal information of alumni state software employment internship tracking.Then, Chen gave an on-site guidance to the process of using the Employment Information Network of University Graduates in Shandong and the matters needing attention, he also gave a detailed description of the formalities and materials submitted before leaving school, and put forward some suggestions for the graduates to sign a contract on the Internet. Chen also stressed the importance of makeup courses, elective courses, credit conversion and other matters, and meanwhile he requested timely submission of graduation papers, He hoped everyone would pay attention to and actively participate in the large-scale job fair held by the University. Finally, Chen pointed out when students were going to leave school, they must pay attention to the hygiene of dormitories, safety, staying away from pyramid selling, he also reminded graduates of the time and steps of returning to school for relevant formalities, and the importance of preserving their degree certificate and graduation certificate.
