为弘扬中国陶瓷文化了解陶瓷历史，讲好陶瓷艺术知识，促进中华优秀传统文化的对外传播，提高审美情趣和文化素养。437必赢会员中心翻译志愿者协会与齐鲁陶瓷玻璃科学与艺术博物馆共同选拔组建一支英文讲解团。3月27日下午，博物馆张冰老师、437必赢会员中心党总支副书记齐艳以及英文讲解团志愿者们，在陶瓷艺术博物馆举行了英文讲解团启动仪式。

仪式上，张冰老师致辞感谢437必赢会员中心对博物馆的鼎力支持，并详细介绍了博物馆概况、关于讲解工作的具体要求以及方式方法。张老师表示，中国陶瓷是世界陶瓷的发源地，我们中国是陶瓷的故乡，希望志愿者们“既来之则安之”，扎扎实实，“撸起袖子加油干”。随后，齐艳副书记表示希望同学们通过讲解对传统陶瓷琉璃艺术文化有更深入的了解，在进行公益奉献的同时锻炼自己的口语表达能力，提高自己的专业技能。会后，与会人员一同参观了博物馆特色展品，学习讲解技巧。

英文讲解团以弘扬中国优秀传统文化，彰显我校齐鲁陶瓷琉璃科学与艺术博物馆风采为宗旨，通过搭建平台丰富大学生校园生活、培养英语学习兴趣、提高英语口语能力，更好地发挥实践育人作用。

Association of translation volunteers and Qilu ceramics glass science and art museum jointly built an English docent group

In order to carry forward Chinese ceramic culture, understand the history of ceramic and accurately impart ceramic art knowledge, the association of translation volunteers in the school of foreign languages and the Qilu ceramics glass science and art museum had jointly selected and established an English docent group, which can promote the external dissemination of excellent Chinese traditional culture and improve people’s aesthetic taste and cultural literacy. On the afternoon of March 27, Zhang Bing, the teacher of the museum, Qi Yan, vice secretary of the party general branch of the school of foreign languages and volunteers of the English docent group held the launch ceremony in museum.

At the ceremony, Miss Zhang delivered a speech to thank the school of foreign languages for its great support to the museum and introduced the general situation of the museum, specific requirements and methods of docent work in detail. Miss Zhang said that China was the birthplace of the world's ceramics and the hometown of ceramics. The volunteers were expected to take things as they come and roll up their sleeves and work hard. Then, Miss Qi hoped that students could have a deeper understanding of the art and culture of traditional ceramic glaze through explanation, exercising their oral expression and improving their professional skills in the public service dedication. After the meeting, the participants visited the museum's special exhibits and learned the explanation skills.

For the purpose of carrying forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture and highlighting the charm of Qilu ceramics glass science and art museum, the English decent group established the platform to enrich college students' campus life and cultivate their interest in English learning, which can improve their oral English ability and play a better role in practice and education.
