青春五月，生机勃勃。在春季运动会即将到来之际，为充分调动运动员的积极性，保障训练期间各项服务工作有序进行，5月6日，我院于文科楼238举办2019年田径运动会动员大会。院团委辅导员宋歌、刘芳出席，全体运动员及18级班长支书参加。
大会伊始，院学生会各部门依次对运动会期间纪律考勤管理办法、啦啦操训练情况、方队和运动员训练情况、运动员相关注意事项及后勤工作安排作出汇报。随后，辅导员刘芳发表讲话，她首先对全体运动员以及工作人员的积极参与和付出表示感谢，同时详细传达了此次运动会的规则与流程，并要求运动员在赛程中遵从规则、尊重裁判。最后，由辅导员宋歌进行总结发言。她针对18级班长支书如何做好有效组织和志愿服务工作做出重点讲解，要求各位学生干部准确传达会议内容，并希望同学们通过运动会这个锻炼身体和磨砺意志的有效平台，集中体现出我院学子团结一致、勇于拼搏的面貌，保持与发扬“友谊第一，比赛第二”的精神。
此次动员大会的召开，不仅使广大运动员明确了目标，以饱满的热情和高昂的斗志整装待发，更为我院在各项体育赛事上再创新辉煌奠定了基础。
The school of foreign languages held the mobilization meeting of the 2019 track and field games
In May, everything is full of vigor. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of athletes and ensure the orderly conduct of various services during the training on the eve of the spring sports meeting, the school of foreign languages held the mobilization meeting of 2019 track and field games on May 6th. Song Ge and Liu Fang, the youth league counselor of the school of foreign languages were present and all athletes as well as monitors and branch secretaries of freshmen participated.
At the beginning of the meeting, each department of the student union of our school successively made reports about the management measures of discipline and attendance, the training of cheerleading, square formation and the athletes and some notes for athletes and logistics arrangement. Then, the counselor Liu Fang made a speech. First of all she expressed her thanks to all athletes and staffs for their active participation and contribution. Meanwhile, she conveyed the rules and procedures of the sports meeting in detail and asked the athletes to follow the rules and respect the judges during the games. At last, the counselor Song Ge made a summary speech. She focused on how to effectively organize and do the voluntary work for monitors and branch secretaries of freshmen, asking each student cadre to exactly convey meeting details. She also hoped that students can use the sports meeting as an effective platform to exercise their body and temper their will, which can reflect the solidarity and courage of students in our school, maintaining and developing the spirit of friendship first, competition second.
Holding the mobilization of the meeting not only made the majority of athletes clear the goal and be ready to start with full enthusiasm and high morale, but also laid the foundation for our school of foreign languages to make brilliant innovation in various sports events.
