为进一步深入学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，全面贯彻党的十九大和十九届二中、三中全会精神，5月10日，我院党总支理论学习中心组在学院222会议室召开集体学习专题会。学院党总支中心组全体成员参加。
会上，与会成员学习了习近平总书记在党的十九届二中、三中全会上的重要讲话及有关文件精神。深刻认识了深化党和国家机构改革的重大意义，要切实把思想统一到党的十九届二中、三中全会精神上来，增强“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，严守政治纪律和组织纪律，坚决维护以习近平同志为核心的党中央权威和集中统一领导。要深刻把握党的十九大关于全面从严治党的战略部署，坚持思想建党和制度治党相统一、坚持使命引领和问题导向相统一、坚持抓“关键少数”和管“绝大多数”相统一、坚持行使权力和担当责任相统一、坚持严格管理和关心信任相统一、坚持党内监督和群众监督相统一。要全面推进党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设，把制度建设贯穿其中，不断提高党建质量。要全面贯彻党的十九大精神，重整行装再出发，以永远在路上的执着把全面从严治党引向深入。
The theoretical study center group of the general Party branch of our school held the study meeting
In order to further study Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and fully implement the spirits of the 19th CPC National Congress and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee, on May 10th, the theoretical study center group of the general Party branch of our school held a learning thematic session in room 222. All members of the general Party branch center group in our school attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the participants learned from General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spirits of relevant documents at the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee. They have a profound understanding of the great significance of deepening the reform of the Party and state institutions. We must earnestly unify our thinking into the spirits of the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee, enhance the four consciousnesses, strengthen the four self-confidence, strictly observe political and organizational disciplines, and resolutely safeguard the authority and centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core. We must fully grasp the strategic deployment of the 19th CPC National Congress about comprehensively and strictly governing the party, adhere to the unity of ideological party building and system party management, the unity of mission orientation and problem guidance, the unity of key minority and overwhelming majority, the unity of authority and responsibility, the unity of strict management and care as well as trust, and the unity of inner-party supervision and surveillance by the masses. We should comprehensively promote the Party's political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction and discipline construction, and put institutional construction through this process to improve the quality of party building. We are supposed to fully implement the spirits of the 19th CPC National Congress, we must regroup and set out again so as to deepen Party self-discipline in all respects with our persistence forever on the road.
