为了激励学生学习，调动学生的学习积极性，教会学生学习，培养学生的学习兴趣习惯，并解答他们的疑惑，2019年6月5日晚上，第五届“鸿雁”标兵讲师团在食工楼409为我院同学们举行了励志宣讲活动。讲师团成员牛世君、林慧敏、刘文鹏、刘凯月担任主讲，我院团委老师宋歌主持，2018级全体同学参加。

活动开始，宋老师向同学们简要介绍了四位讲师团成员的荣誉成绩并对他们的到来致以热烈的欢迎。首先由牛世君学长讲述了自己在追逐梦想之路上的经历，提出了“遗憾比失败更加可怕”，即使身体虚弱到依靠轮椅行动，仍坚持不懈，在大赛中大放光彩。“第二课堂先锋”林慧敏学姐“趁年轻，快奋斗”为主题，向同学们展示了丰富充实的三年大学生活，告诫同学们拥有一颗“永不放弃的心”和一双“永不止步的脚”。“青年领袖”刘文鹏学长讲述了自己从一无所知到熟知每个工作室的细节工作背后所付出的艰辛，展现了不拘小节方成大器的魄力。最后由“学霸典型”刘凯月学姐向大家分享了自己从一个自备胆怯的透明人成长到“拿奖拿到手软”的超级学霸，表达了“人生没有多走的路，脚下的每一步都算数”的励志观点。讲师团成员的励志故事引来同学们的阵阵掌声，活动在一片掌声与赞叹声中圆满结束。

此次标兵讲师团的演讲极大的提高了学生们的积极性，让学生们了解到了成绩优异的学长学姐的学习和生活经历，从中得到经验。他们分享的学习心得也使学生们正视自己的现状并对此做出改变，学生们受益良多。

The 5th lecturer group Hongyan went to our school to give inspirational talks

  In order to motivate students to learn, teach them how to learn, arouse their interest in learning and cultivate good learning habits, the models in the 5th lecturer group gave inspirational talks for the students in school of foreign languages in room 409 in Food Science and Engineering Building on the evening of June 5, 2019. Members of the lecturer group, Niu Shijun, Lin Huimin, Liu Wenpeng and Liu Kaiyue, were the keynote speakers. Song Ge, a teacher of the League Committee of our school, presided over the lecture with all freshmen participating in.

  At the beginning, Miss Song briefly introduced the four members of the lecturer group and their honorary achievements. Students all showed warm welcome to their arrival. First of all, Niu Shijun told classmates his experience in pursuing his dream, and he thought that regret is more terrible than failure. Even though he was very weak and had to rely on wheelchair, he didn't give up and shined in the competition. With the theme of striving while young, Lin Huimin showed classmates her rich and colorful college life in the first three years. She warned classmates to never give up and keep on taking action. Youth Leader Liu Wenpeng described his work experience in studios. He was unfamiliar to the work in studios at beginning and then came to know the details of each studio. In this process, he had undergone many difficulties with great courage. Finally, Liu Kaiyue shared her story that how she became a good student with many awards from a self-feared girl. She believed that the efforts which you had made would bring you pains at last. The inspirational stories of the members of the lecturer group drew applause from the students, and the activity ended successfully with applause and praise.

  Since students had known the models' learning and life experience, they were encouraged greatly by the talks of the models in lecturer group and improved their enthusiasm to learn. In short, students benefited a lot from the talks and would take actions to make themselves better.
