为增强毕业生党员党性意识，做好毕业生党员离校的相关工作，6月12日下午，我院于文科楼222召开毕业生党员组织关系转接说明会。学院辅导员宋歌老师主持此次会议，全体毕业生党员出席参加。

本次会议就毕业生党员组织关系转接及注意事项进行了说明。在此次会议中，宋老师向全体毕业生党员详细介绍了毕业生组织关系转接过程中遇到的问题及解决办法，强调了此次组织关系转接的重要性，呼吁毕业生党员加强了解组织关系转接知识，增强党性观念，减少组织关系转接过程中的差错。会议最后，宋老师对毕业生党员们提出了殷切的期望，希望大家在以后的工作、生活中继续发挥党员的先锋模范作用，脚踏实地、认真工作，增强工作的责任心，增强服务意识，并关注学校和学院发展。

此次会议不仅使毕业生党员了解组织关系转接的相关内容，而且加强了党员的思想道德建设，增强了毕业生党员党性意识，为毕业生党员顺利完成组织关系转接提供了有力的保障。

Our college held a meeting on the transfer of party members' organizational relationship among graduates

In order to enhance the consciousness of the party spirit of the graduate party members and do the related work of the graduate party members leaving the university, on the afternoon of June 12th, our college held a meeting to explain the transfer of the graduate party members' organization relations at the room 222 in the Art building. Song Ge, a counselor of our college, presided over the meeting and all graduate party members attended.

This meeting made the explanation on the transfer of graduate party members’ organization relations and attentions. In the meeting, Ms. Song introduced the problems and solutions in the process of organizational relationship transfer to all graduate party members in detail and emphasized the importance of this organization relationship transfer. She called on graduate party members to strengthen their understanding of organizational relationship transfer, enhance party spirit and reduce mistakes in the process of organization relationship transfer. At the end of the meeting, Ms. Song put forward her earnest expectation to the graduates, hoping that they could continue to play the pioneering and exemplary role of the party members in their future work and life. She also hoped that they can work conscientiously and strengthen the sense of responsibility, enhancing the sense of service and paying attention to the development of our school and college.

The meeting not only made graduate party members understand the relevant content of organization relations transfer, but also strengthened the ideological and moral construction of party members, which strengthened the party spirit consciousness of graduate party members and provided a strong guarantee for graduate party members to successfully finish the organization relations transfer.
