根据学校关于迅速开展“强学习、提站位、深反思、促整改”专题教育活动部署要求，我院于2月20日至22日，组织全体教职工扎实开展了专题教育学习活动。
2月20日下午，我院召开党政联席会，落实学校通知要求，安排部署学院专题教育活动，贺国平副校长、学院班子成员以及各系部主任参加。会上，陈国兴书记传达了学校通知要求，带领大家学习了《新时代高校教师职业行为十项准则》，随后与会人员就本部门工作中存在的风险点进行查摆。贺校长对各部门深刻查摆风险点进行了肯定，强调一定要从思想上高度重视这次专题教育活动并就北京交通大学实验室事故的安全重要性进行了分析，从华南理工大学研究生复试篡改分数事件强调了招生考试的纪律。贺校长要求大家工作必须严谨仔细，杜绝恶性事件的发生。贺校长还强调了他在听课过程中发现的问题，要求大家一定要精心备课，提高上课抬头率。最后，贺校长就研究生试卷管理程序与大家进行了交流，要求大家加强调研，提供行之有效的方案。
在为期两天半的学习过程中，全体教师认真学习，深刻领会文件精神，在2月21日的全院教职工大会上，齐艳副书记带领大家逐字逐句学习了《新时代高校教师职业行为十项准则》、《山东省教育厅关于严禁有害APP进校园的通知》。王国栋副院长带领大家系统学习了《高校考试招生管理工作八项基本要求》、《教育部办公厅关于加强高校教学实验室安全工作的通知》、《山东省教育厅关于做好实验室等学校安全工作的紧急通知》、《山东省学校安全条例》、《山东省教育厅关于加强考试管理 严肃考风考纪的意见》。在班子成员组织带领各系部小组学习讨论过程中，各系部认真学习领会文件精神，梳理和总结本部门存在的风险点，并就如何防范风险开展讨论，制定初步的整改方案，进一步明确了自身的改进方向和整改方式，为接下来的新学期工作全面开展打好坚实基础。
Special education learning activity “Strengthening learning, raising politics awareness, reflecting deeply and promoting reform ” launched by School of Foreign Languages
School requires to launch the special education learning activity “Strengthening Learning, Raising Politics Awareness, Reflecting Deeply and Promoting Reform” promptly, therefore from February 20th to 22th School of Foreign Languages organized all faculty to join in.
In the afternoon of February 20th, our school made an arrangement and held a meeting to implement the notice. The participants were mainly communist leading groups. Present at the meeting were Vice President He Guoping, members of the school team and directors of various departments. During the meeting, School Secretary, Chen Guoxing delivered the requirements of the school notice and led everyone to learn the Ten Criteria of Professional Behavior of Colleges and Universities Teachers in the New Era. Subsequently the participants conducted a check on problems that may exist in the department to find out and solve them immediately. Then President He was not only positive about the profound investigation of the problems in various departments, but from the ideological point of view stressed that it is necessary to attach great importance to this special education activity. First, he analyzed the importance of safety in the example of laboratory accident at Beijing Jiaotong University, and emphasized enrollment examination disciplines in the example of South China University of Technology which falsified the scores of postgraduate re-examination. Soon after that, He asked everyone to work rigorously and carefully to avoid the occurrence of vicious incidents. He also stated the problems that he discovered during listening to the course, and asked everyone to carefully prepare lessons and attract the attention of students. At last, he expressed views on the postgraduate test paper management procedures and asked everyone to strengthen research and provide effective solutions.
During the two-and-a-half-day learning process, all teachers earnestly studied and profoundly grasped the spirit of the document. At the faculty meeting of the school on February 21, Deputy Secretary Qi Yan led everyone to learn the Ten Criteria of Professional Behavior of Colleges and Universities Teachers in the New Era and Notice of Shandong Provincial Education Department on Prohibiting the Entry of Harmful APP into Campus word by word. Vice President Wang Guodong guided everyone to systematically study the Eight Basic Requirements for Colleges and Universities Examination Enrollment Management Work, Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Safety Management of University Laboratories, Shandong Provincial School Safety Regulations and Opinions of Shandong Provincial Education Department on Strengthening Examination Management and Observing Examination Disciples. Under the leadership of the leading groups, the departments carefully studied the spirit of the documents. In the process of discussion, they not only sorted out and summarized the problems in their own department, but found out how to prevent them. They formulated preliminary rectification plans to further clarify, which made the direction of improvement and the way of rectification clearer. What they have done laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of the next new semester.
